Prep time: 5-10 minutes

Bake time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2lbs of salmon

  • 1 lemon (sliced)

  • 4 tbsp of white wine

  • 4 tbsp of capers

  • 1 tbsp of rosemary

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Filet your salmon (I purchase mine from the fish market so there is always skin and scales.) Divide your salmon into 4 portions. Cut enough aluminum foil for these 4 slices, large enough to seal. In the center of each aluminum foil "packet" place your salmon, salt and pepper to taste, then add a tsbp of wine, pinch of rosemary, and a tbsp of capers to each. Finish off by covering them in lemon slices, you may even squeeze a little lemon juice over them for additional flavor.

Finish by sealing up the foil packets and popping them into the oven for 15 minutes, or until the salmon becomes opaque.

Enjoy!
