Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1lb of fresh salmon
3tbsp of honey or honey mustard (for a less sweeter option)
1.5 cups of bread crumbs or pulverized ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 stick of butter (melted) or 1 tbsp of sunflower seed oil
1/2 tsp of dried parsley
1/2 tsp of dried oregano
1/2 tsp of dried thyme
1/4 tsp of onion powder
1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit (300 if you like your crumbs extra crispy)
In a heat safe dish or pan place your unskinned salmon, salt and pepper both sides, then coat the top of your salmon with honey or honey mustard.
In a bowl add your crumbs, seasonings, and butter or oil. Stir the mixture together until it becomes damp, if your mixture is too dry add a little more butter or oil.
Coat the salmon with the crumb mixture, and place it in the oven until the salmon goes from red to pink and crumbs are golden
(approximately 12-15 minutes on 350, 15-20 on 300.)
Enjoy!
