Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 10-12 minutes
Ingredients:

1 lb of Brussels sprouts
1 tbsp of avocado oil
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
3-4 slices of uncured turkey bacon
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
Prepare your brussels sprouts by cutting them in half the long way, then cutting those halves into thirds. (if some leaves fall off, that's totally fine, use them too!)
In a mixing bowl toss your brussels sprouts, oil, and spices. Then spread them out on your baking tray and pop them into the oven (middle rack) for 10-12 minutes.
Place a large skillet on medium high heat (I have non stick copper pans, so you may have to add a drop of oil or pam spray your pan.)
Dice your turkey bacon and toss it around in your skillet until you achieve your desired texture. (I enjoy my turkey bacon to be crunchy so I crust the edges.)
Once your brussels sprouts are out of the oven, sprinkle your turkey bacon all over your brussels sprouts and enjoy!
