Energy Bites

Prep time: 10-15 minutes

Freeze time: 45-60 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or substitute peanut butter)

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or raisins

  • 1/3 cup raw honey

  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed or chia seed

In a large bowl mix together all of these ingredients. Roll out a teaspoon sized ball (i use an ice-cream scoop) on a parchment paper covered baking tray. Place in the freezer for 45-60 minutes.

Enjoy!

Store left overs in a zip lock bag in the fridge or the freezer.
