A delicious snack, that you would never know is actually good for you!

Prep time: 5 minutes
Bake time: 25-35 minutes
Ingredients:
2/3 cup all purpose flour (sifted)
1 stick of butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup of blueberries
1/3 cup & 1tbsp of honey
1/2 cup of quinoa flakes
1 cup of almond slices
3 2/3 cup of puffed rice
1 egg (beaten)
1 tbsp of sunflower seed oil
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl add the flour, baking soda, puffed rice, blueberries and quinoa flakes. Melt the stick of butter with the honey, and pour the mixture into the dry ingredients. Incorporate the ingredients together, then crack the egg into the mixture.
Once everything is mixed, oil a 7x11'' pan or dish. Pour the mixture into your pan or dish, and spread it evenly.
Leave to bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown, check repeatedly.
Note: Don't make the bars too thick, or the center will crumble.
