Buffalo Chicken Dip

I enjoy my buffalo chicken dip with depth, so my recipe may be a little different than most.

Prep time: 15 minutes

Bake time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 large chicken tenders

  • 2 8oz packages of cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup of ranch dressing

  • 1/3 cup franks hot sauce

  • 2/3 cup franks buffalo sauce

  • 1 1/2 cup of Kraft triple cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 stick of butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees.

In a large skillet or grill pan, melt the butter on medium high heat. Season then place the chicken on the skillet and cook through.

In a mixing bowl add the cream cheese, cheddar, sauces, and ranch, then stir well.

Once the chicken is done, shred it with two forks and incorporate it into the mixing bowl.

Pour the mixture into an oven safe dish, coating the top with a bit of cheddar cheese shreds, then pop it into the oven for 5 minutes.

Remove and enjoy.
