Avocado toast is a great breakfast or snack, it's absolutely malleable! There's tons of ways to make it, but I'm a garlic freak so here's my go to recipe.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 1-10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/2 tsp of dried oregano
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp sunflower seed or avocado oil
Pinch of paprika for garnish or red pepper flake if you like spice
Sliced bread of your choice, but I actually like to use sliced sweet potato or cucumber
In a mixing bowl mash the avocado, then incorporate the oregano, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Brush your sliced "toast" of choice with the oil. Here you can decide if you'd like to pre toast your "toast of choice" or toast it with the avocado on top.
When I used bread I toast it with the avocado on top, in my toaster oven until my preferred crispiness. When I use sweet potato, I toast it before hand and top it with avocado after. When I use cucumber, I leave it as is and enjoy it fresh.
Don't be afraid to experiment, avocado is a great base for both sweet and savory flavors!
Note: Pairs nicely with an over medium egg on top, or scrambled on the side.
